What makes Christianity different from every other belief system?
It stands on one truth: the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
In this Resurrection Sunday message, Pastor Rafy Panlilio brings us back to the foundation of our faith through 1 Corinthians 15:3–8.
The resurrection is not just a story we remember once a year—it is the very core of what we believe and the reason we have hope today.
In this message, we are reminded:
1. The Resurrection is the Heart of Christianity
Without the resurrection, our faith is empty. But because Christ rose again, our salvation is real, our sins are forgiven, and our faith stands on solid ground (1 Corinthians 15:17–19).
2. The Resurrection is the Hope of Christians
Because Jesus lives, death is not the end. There is a future resurrection, a promised transformation, and an eternal hope for every believer (1 Corinthians 15:20–23, 51–53; 1 Thessalonians 4:14–18).
More than inspiration, this truth gives direction for how we live today:
“Therefore… be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord…” (1 Corinthians 15:58)
Because of the resurrection, your faith is not in vain.
Because of the resurrection, your future is secure.
Because of the resurrection, your life today has purpose.
Listen to the full message and be reminded why everything we believe rises or falls on the resurrection of Christ.
