Day 6 of Creation represents the stature of the fullness of Christ in the life of a believer, and it reveals to us the overwhelming love and passionate desire of our heavenly Father for us, His children.

Where would we be as Christians, would it not be for God's supernatural grace? We learn from the fifth day of creation that our Savior enables us, through His grace, to walk through the pains and difficulties of life. What a joy to remember that God will guide and help us to walk worthy of our vocation! 

Ephesians 2:9-10 says, "Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” We know through God’s Word that our service does not save us, yet a life of service stems from a grateful heart for all God has done in our lives. Learn a few practical principles that will help you serve in your local church.

On the third day of creation, God saw it good for his creation to bring forth fruit. He also desires for us, as his children, to reproduce spiritual fruit for His glory. The last commandment of Christ should be our priority!

From Genesis 1:6-8, we learn how God created the firmament to divide the waters. As we strive to live for Christ, we must remember that we are called to a life of separation from sin, for His glory!

In Genesis chapter 1, we learn how God created light, saw that it was good, and divided it from darkness. God is the Creator of the world, and in our current day, He allows mankind to be a "new creature" through the light of the Gospel. What a joy that the Creator of all is still working today!
