As Christians, our self-respect is rooted in who we are in Christ. We are ready to uphold that truth and live by our Christian values every day, regardless of any external factors or contradictory situations. We remain true to our convictions without compromise, even when they are challenged.

Jesus, who has the power and purity to condemn, chose not to condemn the woman caught in adultery! Who can bring a charge against God’s people? It is Jesus who died, and only His judgment matters. He has chosen not to condemn you; embrace His love and enjoy His grace.

Teaching and preaching in the flesh will not save anyone. The flesh carries no life and no power and profits nothing. Only words spoken by the Spirit of God are spirit and life and therefore can produce life in those who hear. Jesus only spoke spirit-filled, life-filled words.

Speaking God’s word is not just a positive confession! This is speaking from our trust and confidence that God is true to bring His word to pass. When Jesus spoke, He believed it and saw it. We need to have that kind of faith. That is Jesus’s kind of faith. We only speak as we believe and trust that God will perform His words in our mouths.

What an endearing way to introduce us to what God wants us to do and how God wants us to live.  Do you see yourself as a dear child? Imitating God as a dear child is expressed when we walk in love. God expects us to walk like Him in love, and Christ also showed us love by dying for our sins.
