As part of our Summer series the church was invited to share their favourite verse or verses and explain why. We didn't have time to have everyone share , so this is just some of the people who did get to share.

During August we are giving the preaching team a break and doing different things each week. Today we watched the first talk given by Dr Charles Montgomery at the Vineyard Leader's Gathering at Trent Vineyard in April this year. He speaks about The Dangers of Sloth taken from the parable of the talents.

These are the things that we do quite naturally and for many people they don't even realise that they are gifts from God. See id you recognise the Motivation gifts that you have.

When we are ministering to someone the Spirit gives us words that bring revelation to the person that will help them understand or deal with an issue or issues in their lives. These are things that the person has not told you about, but God gives you the words or picture or feeling that brings revelation to that person, to help them in their situation.

Bob Dover takes us through some of the deliverance miracles recorded in the gospels. revealing the need for faith to be active for deliverance to take place. He points out the difference between being demon possessed and demon oppressed, who can be possessed and who can be oppressed.

Mark Visser concludes the series on the Kingdom of God by answering the second question he asked in the first sermon of this series, when Satan offered all the kingdoms of the world to Jesus if he would bow down and worship Satan "Why would it be a tempting offer for Jesus to even consider?"

Andy Belsey takes us back to The Kingdom series looking at how we deal with doubt. What happens when God does not answer our prayers in the way we want Him to answer? Why do some people die from diseases when we have been faithfully praying for their healing? These are not always easy questions to answer. Andy gives his understanding on this subject.
