A bit of a different episode this week. With everything surrounding the Cornell Seven allegations, we’re yapping about sexual violence—not only as an isolated act, but as something that exists within a much larger culture.
We connect the dots between the experiences women learn to normalize, sexual entitlement, male peer approval, silence, victim scrutiny, the realities of reporting, and the institutions that make accountability so difficult. We also get into why calling the people who commit extreme acts “monsters” can allow everyone else to avoid examining the environments that produce and protect sexual violence.
This episode is for the women who have felt the weight of this story but haven’t always had the language to explain why—and for the men and other people in their lives who genuinely care and want to understand it more fully.
The goal is to take experiences, behaviours and systems that can appear disconnected, show the mechanisms connecting them, and give all of us a more complete way to understand why sexual violence remains so common and what role we can play in changing the culture around it.
Lets yap lovers xx
This week we're yapping about self-abandonment in all the sneaky ways it shows up in our lives—from struggling to set boundaries, to needing to be productive to feel worthy, to somehow convincing ourselves that running ourselves into the ground is actually very empowering of us.
We get into why knowing your people pleasing patterns isn't the same thing as actually changing them, why maybe we don't need to psychoanalyze every single thing we've ever done forever, let's integrate. Let's move on. Not everything is that serious.
Then we talk about how hustle culture is actually not good vibes. We get into the deal previous generations made with work, why Gen Z can see that the system is already breaking, and how our access to information makes it clear the sacrifice not worth it.
Which naturally leads me to my hot take of the week: girlboss culture might actually depend on women not loving themselves (my read of the week sry).
And somehow, all of that leads us to purpose. I think I found mine this week, so we're talking dharma, why your purpose is bigger than your career, and what changes when you stop asking “what should I do with my life?” and start asking what you're actually here to do.

TRIGGER WARNING: I do talk about abortion here so if you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen ~respectfully.
In this week's episode of Grace Yapps, in our most unhinged episode yet, we're yapping about why so many elite people are often the ones still single in their late 20s/ early 30s, things that men apparently don't know but should hear if they're online dating, and the Lindsay Clancy trial — specificallywhy we're seeing such a divide on the internet right now over something that seems so straightforward but is actually a lot more complicated than it looks (don’t worry I don’t actually break down the trial).
I also get into something a lot more personal: a story about my own body and everything I never really chose for myself.

In this week's episode of Grace Yapps, we're getting into why familiar can feel safer than better — even when you already know something in your life needs to change.
I talk through why your nervous system will choose a familiar hell every single day over an unfamiliar heaven if you let it, and the actual mechanics of what gets in the way once you know you need to make a change: your relationship to fear, control, and belonging, and why understanding each one matters more than just "trying harder" or "trusting the process." We also get into the uncomfortable in-between phase that shows up after you've made a decision but before your life, the people around you, or your own sense of self has caught up with it.
I get really vulnerable about the biggest period of change I've personally been through, and why the people in your life not being able to meet you where you are isn't a betrayal — it's just a limitation.
If you're someone who's always trying to understand yourself, question the narratives you've inherited, and connect dots across psychology, relationships, culture, and personal growth — you'll feel right at home here.

In this week's episode of Grace Yapps, my sister Olivia — two-time Olympian (and Olympic Medalist), PWR Premiership Champion & Player of the Season, and full-time menace — is finally back on the pod, and we're yapping about what a decade of professional Rugby has taught her about perfectionism, captaincy, and what it actually feels like to be visible whether you asked for it or not.
We get into something I think about constantly: what it actually means to build a career as a woman in a field that wasn't designed with you in mind — the pressure to be excellent and palatable, the discomfort of self-promotion when you were trained to be a team player, and why "just be grateful for how far things have come" and "you deserve better than this" can both be true at the same time. We also get into why real strength (not thinness) might be becoming the new status symbol.
You also get Liv how you don't usually get her — less composed athlete, more unfiltered little sister energy.

In this week's episode of Grace Yapps, we're doing a mini Q&A yap sesh with questions submitted from you.
Starting with why I think it's less about how much love you received as a kid and more about what happened when you had emotional needs, and how culture (not just parenting) pushes men toward avoidant patterns and women toward anxious ones.
We're also answering the eternal wedding-season question: does a bride owe anyone an explanation for who didn't make the bridesmaid list?
A little story time of the traumatizing tale of falling asleep on a party bus after prom and waking up locked inside it alone. And I get on my soapbox about why it's never okay to clown someone for trying to live a more authentic life, whether that's starting a business, launching a podcast, or just discovering a new personal style.

In this week's episode of Grace Yapps, we're yapping about why we sometimes chase excitement in unhealthy ways, what Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs reveals about the parts of our lives we've been neglecting, and my newest invention—Bad Bitch Walks™—for getting yourself out of a funk when you're having one of those days.
We also dive into what this season of Love Island reveals about modern dating culture, why the "red pill" mindset has become much more mainstream than people realize, and how today's dating dynamics are quietly reshaping the way men and women relate to one another.
I also share my thoughts on astrology compatibility, why I'm freezing my eggs, and how the process has unexpectedly shifted the way I think about building a life that's intentional—not one that's dictated by society’s timeline.
If you're someone who's always trying to understand yourself, question the narratives you've inherited, and connect dots across psychology, relationships, culture, astrology, and personal growth—you'll feel right at home here.

In this episode of Grace Yapps, we're yapping about one of the biggest misconceptions people have about confidence—and why confidence isn't something you're born with or magically "find." Together, we unpack the engine behind confidence, why self-respect is the foundation of it, the subtle ways we unknowingly undermine it, and the mindset shift that can completely change the way you build and sustain it.
We also get into why people seem more divided than ever, why I think we're living through a crisis of trust, and how identity has become one of the biggest forces shaping what people believe online. Using some recent cultural moments as examples, we unpack why it's become so difficult to change people's minds—and what that says about the way we process information today.
If you're someone who's always trying to understand yourself, stay ahead of where the world is going, and connect dots across psychology, health, business, relationships, AI, and culture etc—you'll feel right at home here.

In this first episode of Grace Yapps, we're yapping about why I think this summer presents a unique opportunity to create momentum in your life—and how the people who intentionally open themselves up to making more connections and embrace the energy of the season often end up creating opportunities with less effort.
We also dive into the astrology placement I think is one of the most underrated tools for understanding your subconscious patterns, why AI is changing what we value in careers, status, and relationships (and why men in the trades suddenly make a lot more sense), and why more women seem to be choosing themselves over settling in today's dating landscape.
I also share a wild experience from my own healing journey that completely challenged the way I think about holistic health and reminded me how much we still have to learn about our bodies.

P.S. If you want to follow along with the astrology section, pull up your birth chart before listening. Find the zodiac sign on the cusp (or beginning) of your 12th house—that's the placement we'll be talking about. If you don't already have your birth chart, you can generate one for free online using your birth date, exact birth time, and birthplace (I use the site astro seek)
