At this time of the year, millions of people are looking under Christmas trees to find their gifts, but Jesus is looking into our hearts to see if there's room to place His gifts into our lives! In order to receive anything from Jesus, we have to make room for Him. John 3:30 says - He must increase, but I must decrease. Today, we will see in the Scriptures the purpose of Him coming to this earth in the Spiritual realm and how He lived His life in the natural realm as a man. Matthew 6:21 says - Where your treasure is, there will be your heart also, meaning, your deepest desires, attention, and what you value the most, wether it's temporary, earthly riches which fade away or eternal, heavenly treasures which is God, righteousness, and love. Jesus lived the most selfless life anyone could ever live but our goal should be to live as close as possible to His example. This Christmas, I pry we would truly be happy to be on the giving side rather than the receiving side. Jesus is the Gift that keeps on giving!
