God surrounds me with His gifts of love.

“God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:27).

“God is love” is written upon all He made.

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1).

God loves me and can work with me even though I make mistakes.

“Create in me a pure heart, O God” (Psalm 51:10).

I worship God when I thank Him for Christian role models.

“Do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord” (2 Timothy 1:8).

I worship God when I study my Bible every day.

“[The Bereans] received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to

see if what Paul said was true” (Acts 17:11).

I worship God when I praise Him no matter what happens.

“About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God” (Acts 16:25).

I worship God in my daily, quiet prayer time.

“Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed” (Luke 5:16).

When I have God’s Word in my heart, I can say no to Satan.

“I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you” (Psalm 119:11).

With God’s help, I have the courage to do what is right.

“In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:6).

God helps me accept everyone.

“People look at the outward appearance,but the Lord looks at the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7).
