I thank Jesus for choosing to save me. “ ‘Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done’ ” (Luke 22:42, NIV).

The Sabbath is a day to learn more about God’s love. “ ‘For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath’ ” (Matthew 12:8, NIV).

God’s grace calms my fears. “ ‘Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. . . . Do not be afraid’ ” (John 14:27, NIV).

“Jesus looks for me because I am precious to Him. “ ‘For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost’ ” (Luke 19:10, NIV).

Jesus comes looking for me when I am far from Him. “ ‘Your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should be lost’ ”(Matthew 18:14, NIV).

I will tell others what Jesus has done for me. “ ‘One thing I do know. I was blind but now I see!’ ” (John 9:25, NIV).

“I serve Jesus when I bring others to Him. “Be devoted to one another in brotherly love” (Romans 12:10, NIV).

Jesus wants me to put others first. “ ‘Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant’ ” (Mark 10:43, NIV).

Jesus helps me treat others as I want to be treated. “ ‘So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you’ ” (Matthew 7:12, NIV).

I worship God when I joyfully tell others about Jesus. “When they had seen him, they spread the word” (Luke 2:17, NIV).
