The reason why the blood of Christ is sufficient and exceeds the foreshadowed blood of bulls and goats is that Christ's blood has immeasurable redeeming value. The high priest was only a shadow of a greater, more profound Mediator. Jesus is both the complete sacrifice, and the sufficient mediator, of his people.
