Hola hola 👋 un grato saludos para mi querido y gentil lector, deseándoles buenas vibras para este fin de semana! Y no es nada más que vengo a contarles como fue mi expreciencia en el **Maratón CAF 2024** como apoyo para el equipo de corredores que estaban representando a **HiveRun** los cuales se habían preparado por un largo periodo para este maratón.



Desde muy temprano nos alistamos para prepararnos y llegar al sitio donde le prestaríamos apoyo logístico y moral y este punto es en el km 11 del recorrido tomando en cuenta que las distancias de medio maraton son 21 kilómetros (21k) que @enmy y @vandres estaban haciendo y la distancia del maraton es de 42 kilómetros (42k) que @danielvehe y @erilej iiban hacer; entonces podriamos decir que estábamos ubicados en la mitad del medio maraton, desde allí vimos pasar a los que iban de primeros tanto los discapacitados (iban en una bicicletas de 3 ruedas) como los masculino y femenino de atletismo; como sabemos el promedio del tiempo de nuestros corredores sabíamos un aproximado del tiempo en el cual irían a pasar por el toldo de HIVE, sin embargo como eran mucho corredores fue un poco difícil tomar buenas capturas al momento que estos pasaban, incluso no logré ver pasar a @vandres. Después que paso el último corredores de nuestro equipo @hiverun procedimos a movilizarnos parte del grupo se fue a la línea de llegada y @enovf y mi persona nos fuimos al punto de la carrera de 25 kilómetros para prestar asistencia a los corredores del maraton completo de nuestro equipo.



Luego de asistir a Daniel y a Erika con bebidas refrescantes y apoyo moral. Nos movilizamos directo al punto de la carrera donde se alcanzan los 35 kilómetros, para de igual forma ayudar a nuestros corredores en lo que pudiéramos.


Ya en este punto de los 35 kilómetros se veían venir a los corredores en general muy pero muy agotados y muchos de ellos para antes de los 35k ya habían abandonado la competición debido a problemas físicos; pero es que también en el ambiente de ese día había mucha humedad y muchas personas no estaban acostumbrados a el intenso calor que esto causa.

Al pasar Daniel el punto de la alfombra en los 35k donde se mide el tiempo Gracias al chip que llevan en el dorsal, inmediatamente nos fuimos a la meta de los 42k para esperarlo y celebrar juntos.

Nota: para trasladarnos desde los distintos puntos lo hicimos en un vehículo tipo motocicleta.

When Daniel passed the point of the carpet in the 35k where the time is measured thanks to the chip in the bib, we immediately went to the finish line of the 42k to wait for him and celebrate together.

En esta oportunidad les presento el **Modo Zombies de call of duty Modern Warfare 3** que tenia mucho tiempo deseándolo jugar y no fue si no hasta hace unos poco días que logre adquirirlo ahora viene el tiempo libre para poder jugarlo. Es que en esta primera revisión encontré similitud en modo de jugar DMZ con respecto a los contratos y a la jugabilidad. Punto extra con en nivel adicional que se le entrega a cada arma en las máquinas de subir nivel así de la misma forma como el **Modo zombies de call Of duty Vanguard**

Al hacer los contratos ganamos unos puntos o dinero del juego que sirven para poder elevar el nivel de las armas, también se puede observar que al cumplir el contrato nos deja una recompensa la cual en este caso fue una lata de soda para aumentar la velocidad (es algo nuevo) también el mapa está dividido en colores yna zona gris que es la más fácil; una zona amarilla y una roja, a la cual si no tiene las armas aumentada de nivel y las latas de soda rápida es muy probable que te eliminen; el tiempo de cada partida es de 45 minutos para que la zona de radiación comience a expandirse (muchísimo tiempo para una partida diría yo!)

En las misiones que salen en el menú principal creo que al completarlas nos reproduce un cortometraje pero no se aun de que es pronto se los estaré mostrando.

Les explico el porqué me gusta hacerlo y el porque no me gusta cuando lo hacen en el taller o el servicio especializado, resulta que en la mayoría de los caso es una labor que hacen en poco tiempo y a mi parecer no se escurre lo suficiente, yo cuando realizo el cambio de aceite a mi motocicleta la muevo hacia los lados con mucho cuidado de no ir para adelante o hacia atrás para que el líquido (aceite quemado) siga fluyendo hacia el recipiente de recolección y repito el procedimiento hasta que deje de salir fluido, cabe destacar que por más que lo haga siempre quedará un líquido remanente pero en efecto la menor cantidad posible que al entrar en contacto con el nuevo aceite la contaminación sea la mínima y la eficiencia del nuevo aceite no sea comprometida.

Luego de vaciar todo el líquido (aceite quemado) colocamos el tapón de aceite que va en el cárter, después procedemos a cambiar el filtro de aceite que esta por un costado. Sacando los 3 tornillos y quitando el filtro viejo para colocar el nuevo filtro pero no sin antes limpiar el recinto donde este va, para luego colocar el nuevo filtro y ajustar los 3 tornillos (sin apretarlo con mucha fuerza) después procedemos a iniciar con el llenado del motor con el aceite nuevo que en mi caso adquiero uno de los de mejor calidad en cuanto al rendimiento; es un aceite semisintetico 15w50 el cual llevo casi 3 años usándolo y las prestaciones y el rendimiento han sido geniales.

Un grato saludo para todos esos Gamers que hacen vida en esta comunidad, como saben llevo algún tiempo jugando la versión gratuita de Call Of Duty Warzone en el modo DMZ y en el cual existen varios mapas y uno de ellos en Vondel donde me estoy enfocando para descubrir todos los sitios que están bloqueados por falta de una llave, en esta oportunidad me toco compartir la jugado con 2 personas que hablaban en ingles por eso casi no converse con ellos, además uno de ellos se fue al poco tiempo de iniciar ya que los boots (patrullas o soldados) lo eliminaron y el decidió salirse de la partida; claro tenía la opción de que alguno de sus 2 compañeros le revivieran pero no, el decidió abandonar la partida y por eso solo quedamos 2 en pie de batalla.

Dentro de mi mochila tenía varias llaves una era de la **terminal** y otra era la del **acuario** así que tome la iniciativa de ir para el acuario que estaba un poco más cercano, y la mejor manera de ir es con un vehículo que estab cerca de donde me encontraba lo marque en el mapa para que asi mi compañero viera que nos íbamos a ir de paseo jejeje. El vehículo sufrió algunos incidentes en el trayecto así que al pasar por una estación de servicio (bomba de gasolina) y detenerme allí este se restaura y se llena de combustible ( como en muchos juegos de carreras: Ejemplo, los de **Need For speed** )

Justo cuando estamos en la parte de afuera del acuario buscamos una cafetería la cual tiene unas mesas y sillas, allí en esa cafetería justo al lado estan unas cajas y es por alli por donde se piede subir al techo que es como una terraza y en esta terraza buscamos un ascensor (que no esta) pero podemos bajar por el cable para así caer en la parte de adentro del acuario y revisar todas las cajas de color naranja que tienen objetos de interés, como armas y chalecos de tres placas de blindaje.

Para salir debes hacerlo por el mismo lugar por donde entraste, sin embargo cuando tienes la llave de acceso podrás salir por cualquier puerta que tenga pintada una **X** así como lo hice en el video.

También es importante destacar que cuando se solicita la extracción y la radiación se está expandiendo nos dicen que el helicóptero no tiene permiso de aterrizar sin embargo como ya viene en camino termina llegando para poder sacarnos de allí exitosamente, lamento por mi compañero que no sabía esto y se desespero y se fue para el siguiente punto de extracción en el cual no fue exitoso para el.

Antes de obtener el COD MWII estaba jugando Vanguard y luego de haber culminado la campaña me quedé enganchado con el modo zombies,sin embargo con la nueva entrega y por falta de tiempo libre no había podido revisar todo lo que ofrecía MWII y también por la falta de una conectividad de banda ancha, ya que el modo zombies lo jugaba en línea y en ocaciones se quedaba pegado o se salía de la partida causando un poco de rabia; pero al adentrarse en Warzone y viendo que no solo es una partida sino varios modos de juego donde se incluye el *DMZ*

Explicando un poco la *modalidad de juego en DMZ* al entrar debemos escoger un operador que es el soldado que nos va personalizar en el juego, luego seleccionamos el armamento (que es básico y a medida que vamos jugando el nivel del arma tambien va subiendo) y después definir cual será el mapa en donde tendremos la aventura.

Específicamente el mapa del video es Vondel, donde al iniciar la partida el sistema te coloca con 1 o 2 compañeros para así entre todos formar un equipo, ya dentro del mapa debemos cumplir por lo menos 1 contrato( los cuales no son nada fáciles, ya que debemos cuidarnos de los boot y los equipos en linea)

la idea es salir con vida y con todos los compañeros para lograr una extracción exitosa.

A medida que vamos jugando encontramos (bien sea al eliminar a otros jugadores o en los suéter que están en las habitaciones) ciertos objetos a los cuales como jugador uno debería darle su uso, en este caso hablamos de la **llave del maletin del alcalde** sin embargo en ocaciones uno no tiene ni idea de donde se usa y es que lass partidas son tan rápidas que es difícil estar vagando por allí sin que conseguirse con algún problema (equipos enemigos)

Cabe destacar que la historia del modo campaña de COD MWII tiene una continuidad en el modo campaña de COD MW3 así que al finalizar uno hay que comenzar por el otro, esto me gusta mucho ya que sería la primera vez que dos lanzamientos de juego tenga esa continuidad.

Hola hola! Un grato saludo para todos. Estoy muy contento por que comenzamos el año practicando un buen deporte como lo es el running y aun más ya que nos logramos reunir para hacer esta practica de vida y salud este fin de semana en las instalaciones del *Parque La Guaricha* en la ciudad distinta (Maturin); Desde muy tempranos nos alistamos para reunirnos con los integrantes que pudieron reunirse, luego de una pequeña conversación de saludo comenzamos con el estiramiento para ir calentando los músculos.


Cuando ya estábamos listo para la carrera preparamos la app de Strava defenimos la ruta para pasar por donde existe más sombra de los árboles ya que el sol fatiga demasiado porque eran más de las 8am y para sorpresa algunos pavos reales estaban sueltos los podrán ver en el video.

Cabe destacar que en mi objetivo era mínimo 5k sin embargo los resultados obtenidos no fueron los establecidos, esta semana en una de las practicas si lo logré sin embargo quedé muy agotado y al otro día sentí un poco se fatiga. Progresivamente los iré haciendo aunque sea en 1 oportunidad a la semana. Estos son los resultados obtenidos


Al finalizar descansamos un poco y nos pusimos al día con las nuevas tendencias y de allí pasamos por muchos temas que el tiempo pasó y no nos percatamos jejeje.

Lo primero que debemos tener es la herramienta con la cual procederemos a realizar el corte que en este caso es una sierra caladora la cual es comúnmente usada para cortes en madera sin embargo también entre sus accesorios se consiguen las hojas de corte para metales.


El proceso de corte es super fácil recordando que se deben tener todas las precauciones necesarias de seguridad y teniendo esto listo procedemos a realizar la marca por donde se realizará el corte y a cortar se ha dicho! Muy muy fácil que hasta mi novia se atrevió y realizo un corte en el video se aprecia claramente la mano de ella al finalizar el corte.

En el trayecto nos conseguimos un desvío que a su mano derecha nos indica la playa conocida como PuyPuy es un poco más lejos y su marea es un poco más fuerte también es espectacular para ir a acamapar (hace años acampamos allí), a la izquierda podremos ver que se encuentra *Playa Medina* que según cuentan los lugareños hace muchos años solo se podía llegar por medio de embarcaciones 🛥 y su principal consumo eran turistas de otras fronteras en su mayoría europeos y es que a quien no le va gustar ir a una Bahía prácticamente virgen ya que el turismo para esta zona es relativamente nuevo, sus condiciones es que no se puede acampar tampoco realizar fogatas y la estadía está hasta las 5pm.


El agua es transparente y es muy muy tranquila, tiene un oleaje como cualquier playa pero suave ya que es una mini Bahía, espectacular para los niños y los adultos que requieran ir a relajarse ya que tampoco permiten sonido 🔊 de vehículos minitecas ni nada parecido. Como he ido en varias oportunidades y en todas los lugareños ofrecen una variada exquisites del mar. En una oportunidad comimos pulpo 🐙 y en otras langostas 🦐 también mejillones y pepitonas y todos recién sacadas del mar de forma artesanal, ya que no está permitido la pesca arrastre.

Hola mi querido y gentil lector les deseo un excelente fin de semana. Allí íbamos a reunirnos con el grupo de Hivers para comenzar con #hiveRun en el estado Monagas íbamos un poco tarde y decidimos desayunar en la calle. Luego nos reunimos y vimos que el sol estaba fuerte así que decidimos cambiar el lugar donde teníamos previsto hacer el trote, del paseo aerobico nos mudamos al Parque la guaricha y de verdad que fue la mejor decisión que tomamos ya que dentro del parque estamos seguros tanto del sol como de los vehículos y su contaminación.

En lo personal siempre me ha gustado trotar, icluso cuando trabaja estaba de guardia en taladro y tenia el turno que terminaba a las 6:00 pm me colocaba mi short y camiseta para salir en las inmediaciones del taladro a ejercitarme era todo una rutina que tenia los siete ó diez días que me tocaba la guardia de día; cada vez que lo hago siento como mis pensamientos se liberan, me llegan nuevas ideas y después mi cuerpo se siente agradable.

Tenia bastante tiempo que no lo hacía quizás desde que comenzó la cuarentena y pues al finalizar una que otra vez salía a pasear con los cachorros 🐶 a un estadio que esta cerca de donde vivo, hacia un trote leve como de 2 vueltas y eso era todo porque los cachorros se cansaban y para no llevarlos cargado hasta la casa mejor paraba. Esto lo hice una vez cada 2 mes o algo asi; ahora me siento mucho más contento debido a que vamos a ser un grupo que tendremos para hacer la rutina y quien sabe más adelante participar en una competencia local o regional.

Personally I have always liked jogging, even when I was on duty at the drill and I had a shift that ended at 6:00 pm I put on my shorts and shirt to go out in the vicinity of the drill to exercise it was a routine that I had the seven or ten days that I had the day shift; every time I do it I feel like my thoughts are released, I get new ideas and then my body feels nice.

I hadn't done it for a long time, maybe since the quarantine started and at the end of it, once or twice I went for a walk with the puppies 🐶 to a stadium that is near where I live, I did a light jog of about 2 laps and that was all because the puppies got tired and in order not to carry them loaded to the house, I stopped.
