On this episode we are diving into ways to navigate being in grad school and also being a parent; grab some nuggets from our candid conversation with Selyna Beverly who is currently a University of Michigan PhD candidate within the Higher Education program. Selyna’s research focuses on women in engineering, and their experiences in classrooms with instruction, and more specifically how that instruction or instructional strategies affects women’s’ sense of belonging, their engineering self-efficacy, and their intent to remain in the field.
