Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we’ll help college graduates feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and under pressure to have it all figured out.
Evan started out chasing his dream in music—playing trumpet since he was a kid and eventually landing a job at a major label in NYC. But as the industry shifted, so did he. He pivoted into advertising, hoping to find purpose, but ended up job-hopping, burned out, and chasing titles that never quite felt right.
After moving back home to Raleigh and getting laid off again, Evan finally asked himself: What kind of life do I actually want? What energizes me?
That moment of clarity changed everything. He decided he wanted to help others build a life they don’t want to escape from—because he didn’t want anyone else to follow in his footsteps of chasing a version of success that wasn’t truly theirs.
That’s what led him to create NewGrad Launchpad—a program designed to help graduates get clear, get aligned, and move forward with purpose.
