The summer months bring transitions. The temperature gets warmer, the days get longer and students of all ages turn their tassels at graduations.

But what about those of us who aren't in school? What does "graduation season" look like for us? 

In this episode I'm challenging us to take a look at ourselves and ask if we're designing our lives in a way that prepares for new chapters, or are we fascinated by our shadows and running away from our growth?
