Chris tells his story of how he and his Business Partner Matt Phelan have been on an incredible journey of creating one the UK's top Digital Marketing agencies from scratch and are now part of an international brand.

They didn't stop there and along the way created 'The Happiness Index' which is a hugely successful tech based company that monitors employee satisfaction.

Chris gives some real talk about what it has taken to achieve all of this in such a short space of time.
