How you show up and conduct yourself in daily situations matters
Are you half heartedly showing up? Are you showing up with an intent?
It matters how you conduct yourself
Thank about this.....

Its Monday morning, and after a mega productive weekend I was look forward to the week ahead and feeling good.
This morning I was out walking at around 6.45, this is a route I'm familiar with as I used to walk it very very often.
The sight and sound of the commuter train spiked an instant feeling of Motivation and Emotion.
I went live on Facebook to explain and I really hope it resonates with some people.
Listen to this episode to find out why......

How are looking in the week this Monday?
Most of the worlds population see it as a depressed day ahead of 5 days until they can escape their reality.
If this is you then I suggest you think about making change to fulfil a path you truly desire.
Happiness is the process of fulfilling your true potential, we all have choices, we all can make change.
Monday should be the day when you get excited to get stuck in to that process, not the opposite.
Think about your situation, what can you do today that will make the difference?

As Humans we are emotional people, its normal. However experiences and life can create different emotions for us.
Emotions and 'feelings' can have a huge impact on our decision making and our mental states sometimes, and I believe that the more confident we are in ourselfs we can deal with our emotions better. I don't believe we can 'control' them.
Lacking confidence and not being aware can create negativity in people by letting bad 'emotional' states effect them.
The point I'm getting at here is that to succeed in life and make the choices we want to make takes a lot of understanding of ourselves and how we can effectively stay positive and move forward.
Dont Ponder on your emotions!
I have learnt this through my own experience

Last week I jumped on Facebook after training and I went live to speak about the importance of staying in your own lane.
When you focus on you, yourself your foundation, you realise that you are the POWER!
No one gets anywhere focussing on other people, its ok to look at other people for inspiration or advice, however put your energy into making yourself productive.
If your dwelling on what other people are doing, you've LOST!

''Be Grateful but never satisfied'' is a saying that I live by, Im incredibly grateful for my wellbeing and able to live life, however I believe we all need to work to maximise our potential within our capabilities.
Life is about growth and progression, and with that comes hard and testing times, however this is all part of the process. For every win and challenge over come, I am grateful however not satisfied.
There is nothing wrong with not being happy with your situation and wanting to change or make choices. However i feel that there is a lot of people speaking about 'gratitude' and using it a method of acceptance to avoid working on overcoming your situation your not happy with.
This creates a 'soft culture' which keeps people still and can lead to procrastination and unhappiness

One big problem I feel today is that we are sold on the 'Easy Route'
Too much end game is punted around social media, no one really understands the value of hard work or appreciating 'struggle' to get a reward.
Its creating a soft culture, and people value other peoples opinions to much.
This is why I believe that a lot of people end up unhappy, unfulfilled or even worse, taking medication.

Excuses only sound good to those who make them!
Sometimes when things go bad, its easy to blame or dwell on the problem.
This doesn't solve anything, in fact its a main reason why people hold themselves back.
Positivity is practical and so is negativity....dont pedistalize your excuses!

Personal development, I believe is very much confused in this country, mainly because most get it wrong, also there is an epidemic with a lot of fake people selling knowledge getting people to believe that they will become 'Rich' if they buy their course or program. (This inspired me to do this Podcast)
The thing is, knowledge is important, however it comes down to how you apply it.
You are the driver behind whether or not you can apply it effectively, which is why developing your foundation is so important.
Don't overlook yourself or your potential

A lot of people fear failure, which is exactly why they never achieve anything.
If your not failing then your not moving forward. Failing is a sign of progress and step in the right direction, and is really the only way you learn and become better.
No one wants to fail, however its something to be embraced in order to grow, when you can welcome it and be grateful for it, then shit really starts to improve!
Your only as good as how well you can come back!
