Anxiety is something every person experiences, however it can be deemed as something negative.
I have learnt that it can be a positive emotion, as experiencing 'Anxiety' can mean that the actions your taking are moving you forward.
I've learnt a lot about myself by experiencing certain situations that have made me feel anxious, which has actually benefited me, made me more self aware and taught me some valuable lessons, especially in Business, and I think is valuable to share this.
