''People that chase money, will always be chasing it''

I couldn't make sense of this sentence until I experienced this for myself.

Money is one of the most important and fundamental things we work for, and need in life, its our duty to earn as much as we possibly can, however one thing I've realised over the years is that by focussing on chasing money, its non sustainable.
