Last week I went live on Facebook with CEO of AW Fitness- Alec Witt, Alec is a true Grafter who is always doing something!

If he's not laying floors, buying houses and flipping them or coaching clients in the gym, I think the guy might actually sleep!

Seriously though Alec is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and is genuinely a true Grafter, he is a great example of what hard work can actually achieve.
