This may not be something we always think about, however one thing I've learnt and realised is that who you surround yourself with makes a huge difference in your life. Its a FACT!

As we grow, develop, change or even 'disrupt', whether its in life in general or business, some people around us may not be 'Aligned' with you which can cause friction. This is normal!

Sometimes it may not even be from a bad place, the thing is, like it or not, when things get tough or you need support, those that are aligned are the ones that will help you move forward, and those that are are not will only drag you down, you may not even realise it.
