The hour opens with a discussion about Raheel’s trip to Galveston. The guys then go into talking about the middle of the baseball season and Astros’ fans panicking about the season so far. They then go into talking about the MLB Home Run Derby and who is going to win. The guys then dive into the topic of the infield shift and its impact on baseball. The guys then go into talking about College football Quarterbacks and Running backs for the upcoming season. They then start talking about the NFL salary cap and the AFC south. The guys end the hour by talking about the dust in the air that came from Africa.

The second hour kicks off with Throw Shade Thursday that included a huge giveaway from John for the best shade thrower. The guys continued the giveaways with a trip to Schlitterbahn to whoever wins their game. The group finished off the Thursday show with News of the Weird.

With the hour coming to a close, the guys discuss a video of a man who had Nick Saban’s number and called him pretending to be another coach in order to get information about a recruit. The guys end the show discussing Chick-Fil-A and LeBron throwing a pizza party at Blaze Pizza.

The Bench starts its final hour of the day off with some pretty funny facial hair talk and moves into some more Astros talk about what they need to do for the rest of the season to secure a strong position in the upcoming series.
