Exhale the past, inhale the present! Many of us have been through some traumatic situations that have caused to to be a mental slave to the past. I am on of those many. I have my fair share of others doing wrong to me and I myself doing wrong to others. All I knew was anger and pain. And it still hurts me today when I look back on it, but I now understand that I am a different individual that is in a different place. It took me a long time to realize this so don't worry if you relate. In this episode, I break down what my process was to think the way I do. I pray it helps you!

Through all the trials and tribulations, you need to love yourself in order to grow. Without it, it will be a very difficult journey. I hope this message can open your eyes so you can actually see the person in the mirror.
