Today we talk about making fresh start for the new year.

Today we celebrate Christmas Eve together, hearing about the "fresh start" God gave us with the birth of Christ, and the Hope that this brings.

Christmas brings families together, and with that comes conflict. Today we discuss how to find peace and contend together with conflict.

When asked about the greatest commandment, Jesus spoke of Love for God and Love for our neighbours. This week we explored this topic while looking at how to practically display love.

Hope is something we all need, and it helps us see the better possibilities for today and for our future. Today we explored how our traditions can help point us toward hope and how we can create new traditions that lead us to be hopeful.

Over the 4 weeks of Advent, we are looking at the traditional themes of Advent with a twist - how each theme can help us in our relationships with each other.

This week's theme is Joy, and why we may not feel Joy while heading towards Christmas.
