David's stories about his aging father, affectionally known to Freshies as "Pappy", often make us giggle and squirm at the same time. We love the raw inhibition. We expect his unpredictability. We can't wait to hear about where David finds the mess, not IF there's a mess to clean up. As it turns out, some of these endearing qualities are attractive to both of us who share the Fellowship of David. Like trying to do The Gritty.
