A lot of time, what is hindering your success in your business is the lack of a refined execution.
You have this brilliant idea and you plan, plan and plan….strategize and re-strategize but you fail to EXECUTE.
It is great to plan,
It is novel to strategise
But what is most important is to EXECUTE.
Execution is simply your ability to WORK out your PLAN.
In order words, you might have the ‘best’ business idea in the world unless you EXECUTE it, it will continue to breathe in your head, or probably die.
Your business can’t change its trajectory from low sales, loss, low visibility, insignificant traction, zero profit…unless you ACT. Your execution prowess must be refined and at alert to change your trajectory.
Richard M Kovacevich once said; “A vision and strategy aren’t enough. The long-term key to success is execution. Each day. Every day.”
