Welcome to today's episode of Queer PoliFaith. Today, we are going to talk about the case City of Grants Pass v. Johnson et al. This case dealt with how cities or states deal with homeless people and whether barring them from camping in public spaces violated the Cruel and Unusual Puniushment Clause of the Constitution.
