In our last dive into Ephesians we are seeing how submitting to God affects families, work, and our spiritual climate! How are we to keep the perspective of spiritual reality amongst our physical world around us? Why is it important to have spiritual armour and what does it even do?

Paul is working through living a life after Jesus through three focuses: integrity, the Holy Spirit, and your spouse. Really the question we are left asking is, are we willing to submit to Jesus in all areas of our life?

We are looking at Batman Arkham Asylum and City of Madness. Some really intense comics that can leave you questioning: where is the hope? We also check out some Psalms and a lament (fancy word for crying), that helps give us perspective when we feel hopeless.

Paul reminds us in Ephesians 4 that we need to be united as the body of Christ, but we need to do that in how we treat one another. It is in demonstrating love to one another that we reflect Jesus' love and show that the Spirit is in us. So how do we go about doing that?

We have been adopted to the family of God, but that doesn't mean we are any lesser members of God's family. That's pretty cool! Paul prayer for Ephesians to Level Up in their faith, but how does one do that? Check it out here!

Paul continues to remind the church of Ephesus, and us, that we are part of God's family, this family consists of several nationalities, we are not alone thanks to Him and our adopted family, and we form together the dwelling place of God! A lot to take in, but so good and such a needed reminder in a world that can be very isolating!
