Xbox announced an increase in the price of Xbox Live Gold (XBLG) with many questioning the timing and agenda of the announcement. Does Xbox want everybody with an Xbox to have GamePass? Sure! But this probably isn't the way to do it.
Seems that they realised this and ditched the price rise but also removed the restriction for XBLG for free to play titles which is a win for the consumer.

IO interactive who have had recent success with Hitman 3 have revealed further details of their upcoming 007 game and a huge increase in their dev team.

Capcom has a "seemingly pointless" showcase for Resident Evil but we got some details on the new Resident Evil Village (or 8) including a release date which is around the corner! Plus we saw Resident Evil RE:Verse which dashed the hopes for eager fans that we were getting a Resident Evil: Outbreak reboot..

Battlefront 2 was redeemed by a staggering 19n million players whilst free on Epic store - Is Epic biting at the heels of Steam or do they have a way to go?

And are you still looking to get a PS5? Well good luck as scalpers were able to recently get consoles from Argos before they went on sale... Now Scottish Mps have no brought the issue of scalping to parliament to see if they can make it illegal.
