The boys get George on the pod! They Chop the lettuce about an amazing trip east to Cabot and living the high life on the links and cliffs course. Then we learn how George fell in love with the saints and thus fantasy football. Finally the guys close with some Super bowl and Ryder Cup predictions.... The Boys start this episode with a run down best the Masters has to offer. Then the boys get to throw around 10K on golf: how would you spend that kind of money guilt free. The guys wrap our episode with some hockey talk and share the ins and outs of the battle of Ontario. Finally we share a segment called "Them's the breaks" where we share a short segment of a chat we had while on break. The Boys start this episode with a run down of the NFL season and pick some superbowl winners.. Then the boys dive into the value of the family trip. Now that the mouse is robbing people blind, what is the right age to make the trip to Disney and can it possibly be worth the huge expense.The guys follow it up with the back to school routines, how the kids take to it and how teachers adjust as well. Finally the guys receive the bad news that the genetic lottery is closed to us and that Aaron has no solutions to get our body fat percentages below 30%. There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Josh joins the boys. What a natural he was painting some beautiful pictures of the food we love and his incredible life at home! The Boys start this episode with a recap of the Olympic games and try to decide what event they might realistically be capable of competing in after four whole years of training. Then the boys start thinking with their stomachs, conversation turns to fast food and the guys draft their favorite items. Some we all know and love and some local to the Ottawa area. Finally the guys go deep into family and the changes they have seen in themselves as they approach 40. Capping with how to fit in the fantasy sports they love on top of all their new priorities. Episode 14

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Steve joins us. Taking time out of his very busy schedule to chat with the guys! The Boys finally took a ball trip again, they discuss how to survive one of these trips now that we are all pushing 40. These trips are starting to look very differently from their previous trips. Steve shares his perspective on Vacations and Travel, how to prep for their future travel plans. The boys then chat about Steve growing up in a Huge and active Italian family and how differently that can look from some of the ways the rest of the guys came up. After some laughs and a great chat about the value of an active family circle. The guys learn about the interesting path Steve took professionally to get to where he is today. To wrap up this episode Branko couldn’t help himself and needed Coach Steve to walk him through some Defensive Schemes. What a guest and what a great episode for the Grasscutters!

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Jordan AKA J.PO. Took some convincing and we had to pay him more than our traditional retainer for guests… DAMN LAWYERS! But what a guest he was. We talked Baseball YET AGAIN,(We promise to chat about other things soon enough!) What really got our juices flowing was some Montreal Expos talk and some classic 90’s Canadian Baseball! When the World Series should have been North of The Border 3 years in a row! We followed by chatting about some of the great stuff to do with family around Vancouver. We wrapped up that discussion chatting about navigating our own kids' attraction to sports and how to PUSH THEM FORCEFULLY into GOLF! Finally, we have not had a “Get off My Lawn” in quite some time; but we are introducing a new closing segment called “Them’s the Breaks!” To give you some insight to what happens when we stop recording between commercial breaks.

The boys hit the ground running and talk all things Baseball: Bluejays wins, Vladdy Bombs, and world series winners. Then The guys follow that up by getting carried away on a nostalgia trip yet again. This time they dive into video games that really got the motor firing when they were young. What a great guest Connor was to have on for this.(37:18) THIS EPISODE comes with some bad news. Due to the nature of our recording; because we have different hosts on every episode. It can lead to inconsistent audio and uploads. Unfortunately this episode is cut short because some of our audio was lost. The boys reminisce on how they met and what brought them all together through the years. For this episode's sports segment we pick Darren's brain on the commitment of coaching competitive youth hockey. How he manages those complicated relationships with parents and players. For an entertainment break the boys talk about the best of the bad guy. Who are some of the nastiest, smarmiest, and diabolical Villains from Film and TV. “The Wet Bandits” did not make the list; but we can all agree they should have! To wrap up this episode the boys accidentally stumble into a long “Get Off My Lawn!” They discuss how old people have to be to pack in and give up on the shoveling.  The guys follow up with a Christmas wrap up, when the lights come down, switch off and the trees hit the curb.

The boys reminisce on how they met and what brought them all together through the years. For this episode's sports segment it is obvious that sports is trying, but can’t seem to fix itself; so the boys decide to take things into their own hands. They discuss the new golf balls being introduced to reign in Long shooting Pro’s. Then they spin some ideas on how to make some of the sports they like into sports they love. The guys follow up the "serious" repairs of the sports world with setting up some heist teams.(49:40) The guys build a crew: a money man, a driver, a muscle man and a comedy wild card. With their teams together the other grasscutters have to try to guess the target for these thefts. Following a segment full of plotting and hard work, the boys' tummies are howling. The boys discuss their favorite holiday cookies and cocktails they’re serving up around the holidays.(1:13.00) Keeping this train on the rails is always tough so the Grasscutters wrap with a ‘Get off my Lawn’ of the grumpiest kind.(128:30)

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Troy “The Tom Barrasso of men’s League” is inducted into the Grasscutters Social Club by hosts, Branko, Burl and Ron. The boys get started with how they met and fell madly in Love! This sports segment is an ode to the wild style of the goalies of the 90’s.(11:00) After the boys realize that goalies are actually normal people they move on to discussing the attraction of the west coast.(28:00) During that discussion about the west the boys learn that they know absolutely nothing about fishing and angling. Troy provides a masterclass into fishing the rivers and coast of BC.
