Insightful!

One of the things that I like about this book is the 21 days of appreciation to cultivate gratitude to walk you through some of the points. Give you time to digest all what has been written and in turn, hopefully work some of that out in your own life. The author's point of view is straight to the point and my heart was pointed in the direction of true gratitude.This looks like an excellent book (and resource) and one I'm glad to add to my collection.

This is a great little book, I loved it ...very helpful, thank you so much for writing it, I am so grateful I come across it

Starts out fine, then goes all woo-woo

I bought this book to help remind me of all the many things I'm grateful for. It did that at first, I was pleased to be reminded and my worries soon subsided.

However it doesn't take long for the book to go down this woo-woo road of projecting your desires and they will happen. That is NOT gratitude and there's no science to back up that kind of thinking anyway. Gratitude is being content with what you have, not manifesting your wants in a different way.

Very disappointed in the book overall, it had so much potential.
