Gratitude is the foundation for abundance. If you aren’t happy now you won’t be happy with more. You’ll always be searching for happiness if you aren’t grounded in gratitude. Gratitude helps you stay present in the positive. This has helped with my anxiety because it takes my focus from the future what-ifs and forces my focus on the goodness around me currently. Gratitude shifts your perspective. What you talk to yourself about on the inside is what you see on the outside. Where your focus goes your energy goes, make sure you focus on the good!
