Daily gratitude keeps depression away.
Many studies show that those who practice daily gratitude are:
1) Less likely to be sad or frustrated.
2) Less likely to suffer from depression.
3) More likely to be calm and happy.
Here's something you can all do;
First thing when you wake up first thing in the morning; DON'T LOOK AT YOUR Phone. Try to think of 3 or 4 things you are grateful for, happy about.
As you keep doing this, repetition becomes a habit, soon your brain will naturally look for reasons to be happy, grateful, optimistic and hopeful. Good luck with this exercise; everyone can do this, it takes a couple of minutes but will make a huge difference to your day. Since I have incorporated gratitude into my daily routine it has improved my overall happiness and well being,
