1) If you are facing a challenge, write it in your journal - it can turn in to a source of strength and a reminder you've been there before
2) It declutters, clears your mind so you are able to think more clearly and logically.
3) Deconstruct, - analyse something that didn't go well, something that isn't working. Think about why it didnt go well, how you can improve, what you can learn.
Reconstruct - if you find a strategy/method, something that works, study that too so you can recreate it for similar results.
4) Things that make you happy, smile.
Something good that happened that happened during the day.
● A simple, small act of kindness.
● You saw something that made you smile.
● You spoke to an old friend, ● Saw something that made you laugh/smile. .
● Read or saw something that inspired you.
