Ardalan's passion for music began at a young age when his travels between Iran and California drove his music tastes towards the sounds of classic Iranian music and Western influences like jazz and rock. In 2006 Ardalan returned to California permanently and his presence in the local music scene would soon lead him to his now-family, the Dirtybird crew. Since his 2010 break-through hit "Mr. Spock" with Justin Martin, Ardalan has released many more projects on Dirtybird as well as releases on labels like Toy Tonics and Play It Down.
