Donato J. Tramuto, is the former CEO of Tivity Health®, Inc., (Nasdaq: TVTY), and is widely recognized for his commitment to social change and transformational leadership in healthcare innovation that led the New York Times to deem him “a global health activist.”

Tramuto is also the founder and chair of The Tramuto Foundation which advances young people’s rights to education and healthcare access and combats human right violations. He launched the foundation in memory his two friends and their 3 year old son who lost their lives on 9/11 when United Flight 175 crashed into the South Tower. Jason has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years in multiple roles starting on the production floor and working his way into leadership. He was introduced to Lean Leadership early in his career while a machine operator at a small Ohio factory, where the concept was implemented on a daily basis within all facets of the organization. He continued using the Lean concept in the steel industry as a laborer, machine operator and middle molding lead where he used his experience to help line production increase in efficiency and lessen wastes in the production process. While working in the steel industry Jason started to learn how to become a servant leader as well as going to the Gemba to see what was actually going on at where the work is done. He gained a ton of experience, learned how to build relationships, and help people grow as well as succeed at their job. Jason moved to Arizona and became production supervisor with a metal manufacturer and continued to learn how to guide and grow his people through servant leadership and respect for people. He then moved on to an essential oils bottling facility and this is where he garnered a strong passion for Lean Leadership to help companies and their processes become more efficient and help drive waste reduction through lean practices. Using these Lean practices he was able to build a team that would become future leaders and ambassadors of the company and create a respect for people through servant leadership.

Penny Babb is from the United States where she was raised an Illinois farm girl but has made her home in the Phoenix, Arizona area for over thirty years. She earned Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice Studies, Sociology, and African American Studies; and a Master of Educational Leadership. She became a Deputy Sheriff with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Arizona where she met her husband of 34 years. Their son is also in law enforcement serving as a criminal prosecutor of gang related crimes. Penny retired in 2009 as a Deputy Sheriff Captain after twenty-five years of service in areas such as major felony investigations, patrol and detective division commander, and training commander. Three years after retiring, Penny became the Director of Law Enforcement Operations at Glendale Community College managing their police academies, advanced training for law enforcement officers, firearms classes for citizens, and dispatcher training courses. She retired again in 2020.

Ten years after joining Soroptimist in 1998, Penny was elected to the Golden West Region board and became the 2016-2018 Governor overseeing 45 clubs in four states. Penny was elected to the Soroptimist International of the Americas Board of Directors for 2018-2020 and is serving on a taskforce to develop the Northern Philippines Region. She was elected as SIA President-elect for 2019-2020 and is presently the SIA President for 2020-2021 where she oversees clubs in twenty-one countries. She is passionate about Soroptimist, serving her community, volunteering at church, and experiencing different cultures. And, she is passionate about helping women achieve their dreams.
