2 parts rum
4 parts pineapple juice
1 part orange juice
1 part cream of coconut
Nutmeg and pineapple wedge for garnish (optional)
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Shake to chill and combine.
Strain over fresh ice.
Garnish with nutmeg and a pineapple wedge if desired.
