We wade into the main body of the sermon where Jesus helps us reconsider who we think of as "righteous".

Living out the beatitudes doesn’t always feel like the good life. What do we do then? How do we embrace Jesus call to Kingdom values when we aren’t feeling the blessings?

What has come out of our summer of prayer and seeking input from the congregation about the future direction of the church? We convey what we have heard and some potential next steps.

Jesus invited us to examine who we believe is really blessed and how we experience “the good life”. Could the beatitudes turn our world view upside down?

As a church we have been going through a 5 year planning process. One area God is calling us to focus on is our youth. How do we pass on our faith to the next generation? What are the first steps we are taking for our children's ministry?

We close our series in Colossians talking about the power of prayer. Paul intentionally ends his letter with the theme of being steadfast in prayer. Why is prayer so important? How can we be learn from Paul's encouragement to the church in regards to prayer?

We conclude our weekend workshop on healing from spiritual burnout and church trauma with an inspiring lesson about how Jesus can free us from anxiety and lead us into an indestructible life in him.
