When asked about the return on investment for diversity and inclusion, Torin Ellis says, "I tell them…that the ROI for pursuing D&I is Greater Humanity. That greater sign and then the word humanity and if that's not enough to move you then I'm not really sure what's going to move you to build better high-performing more diverse representative teams." Torin Ellis Ellis is a Human Capital Strategist and the host of "Career Mix," a weekly show on Sirius XM. He also runs a "progressive" boutique firm that focuses on D&I.  He says, "Too many people feel like D&I is only an HR issue or D&I is only a talent acquisition issue. D&I is an issue of you and I working with one another. And if you and I…do not have the same fervor the same desire the same drive to create that inclusion and belonging…then it doesn't even matter." Ellis also says D&I is more than an HR issue; companies need to look at every single Value Point, including supply chain, logistics, accounting, and corporate governance. @torinellis
