Ash Shepherd from Keystone Exercise Physiology is sharing insights on exercise for Healthy Living into Healthy Ageing. Starting his career with the Air Force he transitioned to an internationally recognized massage therapist looking after athletes across many disciplines including working with a New Zealand Olympic team. This team travelled to Trinity Beach, Far North Queensland to receive treatments with him for two weeks before attending the London Olympic Games.
Returning to University, Ash is now a great Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience and passion supporting his clients, young and old.
