Dene Botha, who is a self-taught entrepreneur and recognized as one of the 100 most influential young south Africans for 2019.
Dene founded the Pride Factor Life-Skills Academy during 2014 to inspire and guide teenagers and young adults to overcome the problem of unemployment and its associated poverty and inequality.
He is now the founder and managing director at Pride factor (South Africa) as well as Empowered Youth (UK) and the company has now interacted with and inspired more than 57, 000 young people at over 125 live events and reached hundreds of thousands more via mainstream and social media.
Pride factor is a life skills academy dedicated to improving the quality of young peoples’ lives by inspiring, guiding and mentoring them to challenge their assumptions, broaden their aspirations and develop entrepreneurial thinking.
