Talking about suicide, let alone reporting about it, isn’t an easy thing to do. Especially for one group that is referred to as the Quiet Professionals. But acknowledging the mental health epidemic that is taking lives on American soil is the only way to destigmatize the challenges that our troops face post War on Terror. (We) are honored to be able to advocate and tell the story that many keep internal.
