Greencastle Church Of The Nazarene Podcast

What is growing in grace? Is it being "more" saved or "more" justified"? Absolutely not! Pastor Phil Diaz of Greencastle Church Of The Nazarene. preaches on 2 Peter 3:18  that says "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever! Amen." What Jesus did for us on the cross, is all we need in order to understand how we can grow and mature in our walk with God! Are we increasing in our love, in our faith, in our knowledge of God, and having a greater desire for living a holy life? Are we growing and going in His grace? Listen to the message and see what Word the Lord imparts upon your life! Here at Greencastle Church Of The Nazarene, we believe there is a place for you here!

Happy Mother's Day! Ashley Diaz is our guest speaker for this episode! In this new sermon series called "Going & Growing", Pastor Phil examines Psalm 126, one of the songs of ascent, to find God's great plan for reaching the world! Psalm 126:6 is a key verse in understanding evangelism and discipleship with the themes of "Going", "Weeping", "Sowing", and "Reaping". We also had a special time of intercession and "going" to God and praying for the prodigals in our life who we would prayerfully see to "Come Home" to him. If this podcast has blessed your life, please leave us a voice message and let us know how the Lord is using this to speak into your life! Enjoy the message! There is a place for you here!

With the church electricity down, Pastor Phil finishes the series on "The Rattle Of Resurrection." He looks at Acts 1:1-11 and the powerful story of the ascension of Jesus Christ! If the disciples stood there gazing and never moved, would they have been doing the very things Jesus called them to do? This sermon examines that question and more! Thank you for supporting this ministry with your prayers and your outpouring of love! If this ministry has blessed you, please leave us a voice message on the podcast to let us know of how this ministry has affected your life for the sake of Jesus Christ! Pastor Phil continues to work through the series called "The Rattle Of Resurrection". In today's podcast episode, Pastor Phil preaches on 1 Corinthians 15 and examines ways in which we, as believers, can know that the resurrection of Jesus Christ was not a "faked" event but rather one that has changed the whole of all human history! What's holding you back from seeing the victory of what Jesus Christ has done in your life? Take a listen and check out the episode! Today's sermon goes back for "leftovers" from the Word to Luke 24:13-34 and sets its focus on the "Burning Hearts" of the disciples as Jesus spoke to their life and situations in their coming to terms with His resurrection! Pastor Phil connects how this event "rattled" their expectations and "rattled" their passion for their Lord and Savior! Let us know how this podcast is a blessing to you by leaving us a voice message! Remember, "There is a place for you here!" at Greencastle Church Of The Nazarene.

In a brand new series, Pastor Phil speaks about the "Rattle Of Resurrection" beginning with this Easter sermon called "He Is Risen!" In Luke 24, we see the resurrection of Jesus from the tomb! Hallelujah! Later in the passage, we see Jesus "On The Scene", walking on the road to Emmaus. What was this "Risen" Jesus like on the road to Emmaus? Pastor Phil examines this question and looks at the Risen Savior who "rattles" our expectations of what the Messiah was all about!

It's Palm Sunday at Greencastle Church Of The Nazarene! In our last message from the sermon series "On The Scene", Pastor Phil preaches out of Luke 19:28-44 and examines how Jesus is a King who does not adhere to the "earthly" values of being a king but rather exemplifies what it is to be "The King Of Kings and The Lord of Lords!" If this ministry has blessed you, please leave us a voice message on the podcast! We would love to hear from you! Remember, "There is a place for you here!"

Jesus Christ is ON THE SCENE! In John 8:1-11 we travel with Jesus as he gets interrupted by the bringing of a woman who was "Taken" by adultery. What a powerful message about grace and truth and how God can help us to see ourselves in a better light! If this message blesses you, leave us a voice message on the podcast! We would love to hear from you! There is a place for you here at Greencastle Church Of The Nazarene!

This is the second sermon in the series called "On The Scene." We are looking at John 6:1-15 and examining the life of Jesus being "On The Scene" to feed the crowd of five thousand.
