1 Peter 1 - You can endure because God chose and carries you. However, even more deeply you have been Conceived into new life by the imperishable seed of God's Word.

Isaiah 40:1-8 - The LORD's Word of comfort that comes to us is "certified." It is a sure and enduring Word, becasue God, who is eternal, gave it.

Deuteronomy 4 - God's Word to us is complete, we must not add to it nor subtract from it. It is sufficient for life and godliness.

Genesis 3 - You might be surprised how God's Word works in terms of curse. See how God's judgments bring grace to the human race through Jesus Christ.

Genesis 2 - The LORD created mankind in HIs image, and gave him great responsibilities, and free reign in the garden save one restriction, "Do not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil." We should see God's commands as opportunities to partner with Him, not as restrictive rules.

Genesis 1 - God's Word is a creative Word. God brings things that are nought into being simply by willing it. Hear how in Genesis 1 the LORD sets forth a pattern for framing and filling the creation with blessing.

Luke 9:23-25 - Jesus gives us all things to enjoy, and calls us to "hold them loosely." When He directs, we must go!
