While Bracken helps look after an injured Collin, Tierney and Liam greet their new chapter in Fiaglen with a visitor, the Fia champion, Diarmuid. 

Diarmuid's presence raises many questions for Liam, and he receives some unexpected answers about his mother's relationship with Diarmuid, and the champion's feeling for her. 

Under Diarmuid's watch, Liam attends the Trial bouts to see what all the fuss is about, only to learn his is not the only troubled family in the Glen.
