In The Last Word, Greg Belfrage gives his final thoughts on the day's news including the masked man in front of Nancy Guthrie's home, the suspected delivery driver who was arrested then released, the media delivering pizzas to the victims homes, the White House releasing a statement supporting the Guthrie family, and the FBI saying the suspect is not a pro.

Greg Belfrage talks to Jim Olander, the voice of the Sioux Falls Stampede, about everything that is going on with Sioux Falls Hockey. The Stampede had 3 wins last week two against the Green Bay Gamblers. One of those games ended in a shootout.  The Stampede also won against the Sioux City Musketeers.  Coming up this week they go against the Omaha Lancers on the 13th, the Des Moines Buccaneers on the 14th, and the Fargo Force on Sunday the 15th.  February 14th is not only valentines' day, but also the 19th annual wiener dog races during the Buccaneers game at the Denny Sanford Premier Center.

Greg Belfrage talks to listeners about Larry Rhoden recently vetoing a bill to ban lab grown meat in South Dakota.  However, the Governor mentioned that he would not be against a 5-year moratorium on the lab grown meat.  Lots of differing opinions today.  Most agreed with the governor and his reasoning, but there were a few that felt the meat was harmful and should not be allowed to be sold.

Most listeners agreed with that assessment and said children should not be on those apps, but it is hard because the parents are on them as well.
