Josh Thompson & Bret Johnson join The Greg and Dan Show to preview the Brody Bash on Sunday, June 23rd from 12:00 - 7:00 PM at Oz’s Bar & Grill.

Thompson’s son, Brody, was shot in February 2024 and is 17 years old. This wound damaged his spine, and he has been in physical therapy in Chicago ever since. This event is a music festival featuring a variety of local bands including Revel in Red, Capt. Quirk, Dexter O’Neal and Funkyard, Stone Cold Cowboys, and more. 

Proceeds from the event will help relieve some of the financial stresses the family has sustained. Help welcome Brody home and raise funds for his therapy treatment!

Greg and Dan talk to Dr. Timm Schwartz about the 2024 Mission of Mercy, a two-day, free dental clinic on June 28 and 29 at the Peoria Civic Center. 

Dr. Schwartz describes the community impact of the Mission of Mercy, the various details on putting together an event of this magnitude, and how to volunteer.

The Illinois Mission of Mercy (ILMOM) provides free dental care to patients who otherwise do not have the means or access to care. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is met, and must meet the minimum health standards.
