Holy crap we're tired. Our box, Impavidus Gym is in the middle of a huge move. That is the reason why we're a little behind bringing this to you. But as you can see from the video, the space is massive and it's going to be an incredible venue.
In quadrant one we give shout outs to the NPGL athletes who made it to the Reebok CrossFit games from the regionals. We also go into week 1 predictions and we dabble into the training camp routine.
In quadrant 2 the SAGL had their championships and we announce the MVP of the league from the Atlanta Assassins. And give props to the champs, the Carolina Thunder. We also give all of you a heads up on what's coming up around the country. For one, the NCGL is kicking off this weekend in the San Fran area with a cool tournament. So, go check it out in the area, I bet you'll see some stars hanging around as the team's are up there preparing for the 1st week of matches on the 13th and 14th of June.
In quadrant three, we talk to EZ like Sunday morning, Elijah "EZ" Muhammad from your New York Rhinos. This really tall badass just qualified to the Reebok CrossFit Games. So we have Sunday morning breakfast with him via Skype.
