In this week’s episode on GridCastU where athletes, coaches, and personalities help U get better at GRID, we speak to Andrew Rape who is amazing at lifting massively heavy weights, but then can do bodyweight movements like muscle-ups, handstand walks, you name it, just as good or as fast as anyone on the grid floor. 

 

 

 

In high school, Andrew was an overweight kid without any REAL sports direction or guidance, however, he was still competitive, even though it was all about video games at the time.  But now he traded in those joysticks and controllers to barbells and rings and  he helps you get better at bodyweight movements by insisting that you just “try it” to see how far your body can go.  Andrew constantly pushes to see what his body can do, and he defies gravity as often as possible.
