This wasn’t the Fourth of July I wanted it to be. It marked the anniversary of my second miscarriage while I’m still in the thick of grieving our third loss from IVF just three months ago.

I talk about what this weekend looked like and how grief sometimes shows up uninvited.

This is a softer, slower episode about why it’s okay to not feel festive, how I’m learning to protect my heart, and why you’re not a bad person for having big feelings in the middle of someone else’s joy.
