In this episode, I’m opening up about everything that’s happened behind the scenes — losing Leo, navigating grief, moving into a new house, and unexpectedly welcoming a new rescue puppy into our lives.

This season has felt heavy, emotional, messy, and also strangely beautiful at times. I talk about what grief actually looks like when life keeps moving, how a new environment can feel both exciting and disorienting, and the complicated emotions that come with loving a new dog while still deeply missing another.
