I find myself crying- like HARD crying during savasana in every single practice lately. At first, I thought it meant I needed to get to work, to go get a job, to start teaching again. Now I’m understanding that I’m crying because I’m watching a part of myself die to create space for the version of Self I’m becoming.
In this episode I dive into the spiritual aspect of this and share why its actually not a bad thing if you’ve been feeling a bit sad lately, if you’ve been confused, or in this space of not-knowing because from a scientific standpoint, it’s actually your brain and nervous system working together to recalibrate and rewire for your new reality.
